Every new hero in training must complete a right of passage of lifting fundamentals.

If you're a novice when it comes to lifting weight you will be under the guidance with one of our coaches to understand the fundamentals of Powerlifting & Weightlifting. This program covers five sessions with one of our seasoned coaches to help you understand the ins and outs of lifting the barbell during the Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Snatch and Clean & Jerk movements.

When you complete your right of passage you'll unlock access to our strength program. You'll be able to come in at your own convenience and follow along with our training program. You'll also be able to come in during coaching hours to receive additional coaching as you farm reps and gain XP as you dominate each training day!
