We created a podcast episode to further talk about our previous post of being in the villain mindset.

 

We go over being confronted with hard situations in life. We ultimately run into situations where making the right decisions may make us look like the bad guy to those we value the opinion of.

 

We dive deep into the mindset of a typical “villain” more specifically Thanos. He was willing to go above and beyond to attain his overall goal that in his eyes would benefit the universe as a whole.

 

Let’s entertain the thought of embracing the Villain Mindset and how it could ultimately lead to the overall benefit of our mental and physical health.
